Slums of Galgenbeck

Found this in my drive from three years ago. 
Cleaned it up a bit and thought I could publish it.

It's 20 Mörk Borg-style npcs to throw at your players whenever they enter civilization. I think they're fun. And they've got som cool quirks and stuff.

And there's poetry! (well. rhyming.)
